1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Felivano ("the Service"), operated by Smart Technology Investments LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Felivano provides wedding cost optimization, vendor budget allocation, and guest count scaling tools. The Service generates estimates based on geographic cost indices, seasonal pricing data, and category-level vendor benchmarks. Felivano is not a wedding planning agency, event coordinator, or vendor marketplace. All budget projections and vendor cost estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or binding vendor quotes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Felivano solely for lawful personal wedding budget planning. You shall not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute data obtained from the Service. Automated access without a valid API subscription is prohibited. You may not use the Service to generate misleading cost estimates for vendor negotiations under false pretenses.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, cost models, geographic adjustment indices, and vendor category benchmarks are the proprietary intellectual property of Smart Technology Investments LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the underlying computation models, data sets, or software. PDF reports generated are licensed for your personal use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Smart Technology Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of wedding cost estimates, including but not limited to vendor pricing discrepancies, budget overruns, or decisions made in reliance on Service output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimers

Wedding vendor pricing varies by availability, season, location, and individual negotiation. Felivano estimates are derived from aggregated market data and may not reflect actual quotes from specific vendors. We do not guarantee savings or accuracy of peak versus off-peak pricing differentials. Users should obtain actual vendor quotes before making financial commitments.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your use of Felivano shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Smart Technology Investments LLC. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees.
